I have a wired internet connection at home and have just recently bought i a laptop that is capable of connecting to a wireless internet connection. as my PC is on all the time can i just simply buy some sort of usb device that can connect up to the PC and then be able to get a wireless connection to my laptop?
If there is can i buy one off Novatech?
your help would be much appreciated.

Any usb or pci device here (http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/products/a663x1y0z1p0s0n0m0) will do it.
Moving this to appropriate section.

You may be better off just getting a wireless router rather than messing about with windows settings to get it to let you connect your laptop to the internet through it

No problem m8, only reason for moving is that certain tech minded folk don`t venture into other areas of the forum and your request might get lost :)
