My dad has asked me to sell all his (and my uncles) old records, what would be the best way to approach this? i think there's around 500-750 of them, and over half of them have never been played and a third of them are ES (or the record business equivalents;)) since my uncle used to be a producer

What would be the best way to sell them, also what would be a reasonable percentage to ask form my dad (so far he has suggested 15% might push for 20%)

Does anyone have any expereince in this area? it's quite a long shot, this being a computer forum and everything, but these forums seem to be a pretty good fountain of knowledge for pretty much anything :P

Regards
Iain

cheers, exactly what i was lookign for ;)
me and my dad took a whole weekend making a massive spreadsheat with details on each and every one of them, and sent it to a shop in London, they seemed very interested so hopefully these 'ES' copies are worth something ;) this was ages ago though :/
