too much hype at the moment.
Most apps dont even use dual core to their maximum potential,quad sli, only if you play on a monitor that is 30".Not worth it in my opinion.
But saying that, i want a dual quad opteron machine when it comes out, but i wount, too expensive

im only looking at a single 7950gx2 for the moment but its nice to know theres a possible upgrage for later on.

wouldnt waste your money....Unless you play on a 50inch super high def screen with a 3200 x 2400 resolution. It's all marketing rubbish.

As for those benchmark results. The 2 products offer the same performance. The difference isn't worth a grain of salt.

Try one of these, they are much more efficient are converting electricity to heat.

The performance isn't what people were/are irritated by, its perfectly good. The problem is the chipset will not overclock much, it will only get to around 325 FSB on the DFI board, hence it being pulled by them. So if you plan on getting an unlocked cpu, ie an x6800, go for it :)

depends on its stepping, and what method you are using to cool it.
