Saturn S Novatech Laptop NNB-275

What laptop memory do I need to upgrade my laptop. When I bought it, I bought the 512MB version. Now I want to double that to 1024MB. I have lost the spec detail of my Saturn S and would like to know what memory type I need to upgrade it with.

Can you also give me a quick walk through of how I go about adding the memory once I have purchased it.
