Right, due to people suggesting that i RMA my Asus Motherboard, due to dead fans, and generally just dieing...
I checked out the Asus Website...
in the link above they say.
Product Warranty Standard Warranty Remarks Where to Repair ?
Motherboard 3 Year All ASUS motherboard purchased after November 1st, 1999 will carry 3 year warranty services. ASUS product warranty is based on the serial number printed.

Note: Warranty void for user removing serial number sticker on the motherboard .

Please contact your reseller

So would Novatech be able to RMA it =]
its an Asus P5K Premium, bought around End Of February - Begining of March 2008. so the Board is well within the 3 year Warranty.. The Serial number Sticker is still on it... well i hope its the serial Number, as i haven't ever peeled stickers off a motherboard...

Also, 2 Things
- Could we give the motherboard in at the Reading Store?
and
- Do we have to include everything that came with it in the box? or can it just be the Motherboard on its own...?

Hi, if you have everything that the motherboard came with then please bring it back with all this, this can speed up the return if the supplier have the item complete.
Yes you can give it in at the Reading store and we should be able to find the order on our systems with the postcode the item was purchased under.
