Does anyone know if it it safe to use the Novatech in-car charger with this model now that the supplied mains charger has been recalled as a fire risk?

I bought another mains charger from another supplier but it appears to be exactly the same as the one I sent back, so not sure about using it.

Glad to know I'm not the only person that finds the earphones painful and to see the earphone socket size on this forum. Why wasn't it on the spec?

Does anyone know how to change the picture of the girl winking when its playing music? I managed to change the startup picture (only choice of 3 though).

It takes a while to find things but apart from that it's amazing value and quality, don't you think?

Firstly if you find teh second charger uyou bought to be exactly the same as the one origanlly supplied, don't use it.

The in car charger unit should be fine to use however.

Changing the picture of the girl winking is a tough one. I'll have to investigate that a little further for you.

The mini headphone jack is a feature that helps keep the unit so small. I have spoken to our purchasing team and we are looking into getting some adapters that change it from mini to normal sized headphone jacks. Hopefully we should see them appearing on our sales site soon.

Hi

I've got one of these MP3 players from Novatech - and wanted a spare pair of headphones - I found these on their site and brought a pair

http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/spec ... BEL-101452 (http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?BEL-101452)

They connect to my MP3 player great with the adapter thats supplied, not expensive at all and they are really comfortable

Good work Novatech!!!!! :D
