Is it worth the extra £120 for the 2.26ghz as I am aware it powers the graphics card but the cost of a new processor is only £150ish so it seems very pricey!

That is the Mac world for you...brilliant machines with a price tag to match.
I personally am not real big on macs, but I understand some people are. I would have to say that unless you are going to be doing a bunch of multi-tasking, you probably wouldn't notice the difference in the two. OSX tends to run smooth on even the simplest of specs.

Nick. :)

Adding a quarter of a gigahertz won't boost your performance enough to worry about it. Just go with the 2.0GHz Mac Mini, as it just got a graphics boost if I recall correctly.

I don't think its worth it for that much money for such a little increase but are there any other things that come with that build besides the other? Also what will you be using it for?

I'd personally go for the 2.0 and stick in some extra ram. What do you plan on using it for??

not point just for the little extra Ghzz, whack in some more RAM, and if you really want to, you may as well just overclock the CPU to 2.25Ghzz, not that you would notice any difference

I believe it is! So get in there whilst you can!

Definitely go for the cheaper one and add some memory yourself. Apple charge a fortune for memory but its a fairly easy job and there are loads of guides on how to do it on Youtube.

I'm a huge Mac fan and its definitely worth doing :D
