Can someone explain why the Orion I originally received (and had to return due to an error) had Crucial Technology RAM:
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=122704
However the replacement Orion now has Melco RAM:
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=126978
I have never heard of Melco! - Are they comparable in quality?
Ignore the clock speeds they were not under any particular load although I was installing XP SP2 on the latter.
(the Proc Instructions shows SSE4 on the old machine and SSSE3 on the new one. Aparently these are the same forums.gentoo.org (http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-497771.html#3586269))
Thanks,
Aubs
