Just wanted to post a note to say thanks to Mesh Computers.
I ordered a pc from them a few months back which I had to send back due to case damage. The second one came, that was also damaged. The third one came with a different, lower spec motherboard. At this stage, I gave up, cancelled the order and requested a refund.
Two months and many strained conversations later, I finally got my money back.
In the meantime, I decided to do some research into what actual vendors are rated for overall good service/customer satisfaction. I was starting to wonder if any vendor could build something to my satisfaction and considered doing what I've normally done to date which is ordered the components and built it myself. However, I started to read very good comments about Novatech. After a couple of calls to customer service to ask for some details about systems I was interested in (the phone being answered at all was a shock at first, surely these people didn't really care about customer satisfaction) I was happy to take one last shot at buying a system before giving up and going DIY.
So, I'm now into a couple of weeks ownership of an Exectutor 6400 and couldn't be happier. The unit was impeccably built and hasn't missed a beat since I've powered it up.
So, just wanted to say thanks to Mesh. Had they not managed to make a complete mess at any attempt to provide any sort of service and deliver a satisfactory end product, I would never have come across Novatech.
I plan to be a long time customer and just hope you can keep up the standard you've currently set.
