_{have an item with you under warrenty 5770 xfx card, contacted xfx wondering what was happening they say they have not got a card there with the serial number i gave them.

Hi gosportconfused

Most of the time s/n issues are down to the wrong number being asked for or provided (and sometimes there are multiple s/n's). What I'd suggest is calling (03292 322500) or use livechat to contact one of our technical support advisers.
If it's within our warranty then we should be able to process it for you through to XFX and clear up any problems or at the least we can help to try and determine where the correct serial number is located.

ok no probs, had the card registered with them so thought if i asked it might save your guys some ringing around. i got a text from you guys on 16th march so was hoping i was not going to be the upto 28 days one lol.
not in a rush just wondering as you do..

latest update, there isn't one. dropped the card off on 13/3/12 .. it should be back soon was the last conversation on livechat

I'd suggest contacting our livechat team again. They can initiate an query to find out what is happening with the card.

now being sorted.. hence why i will continue to purchase from novatech. customer support hitting the 110% mark again.
