nFinity 2367+ - Start Up Program ?

Arrived on Tuesday and delighted with this nice looking, fast and lightweight laptop.

During setup I noticed this little program running at startup:

C:\Program Files (x86)\spec\spec.exe

Looks like some sort of utility/hotkey program but a quick 'Google' offers no suggestions (apart from dire warnings of a possible virus).

Also can't see any way of invoking it to run ?

Any ideas ?

The Microsoft Security Essentials that should be installed by default would tell you if its any kind of Virus.
