Ok. I have the following motherboard at home now.
Maximus Formula. ![]() Now, as you may see the cooling for the NB etc.. is pasive.. ![]() So. As I will be getting a CM STC-T01 (which is still on the slow boat from china) I will have 2 x 4 in 3 modile for the hard disks, which will have a 120mm fan attached. So.. there will be 2 x 120mm fans on the front of the case blowing through the Hard Disks and into the case.. There will be one exorst 120mm fan just above the I/O ports. I will be having the PSU at the bottom of this case too... There is a motherboard side fan for blowing over the MB but I think tax has this too and said that it was usless.. Somthing like this.. (I think it were tax) The aim is to cool the SM and NB with out altering the gell pipe etc... so... I was looking at this.... http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/vie ... 8&code=009

Thermalright ultra 120 only £25 from overclockers but it has no fan you can easily get one ! try and get the highest quality fan, i just bought a antec 120mm tricool DBB fan for my one
![]() good temperatures use alot of google reviews to find out tho alot of people have thermalright heatsinks compared to any other |

wow, someone's rich.
why are you worried about cooling? just stick a Thermalright Ultra 120 extreme on it, and no matter which way you mount it, you'll still get airflow through its heatsink.

the key feature about Ultra is that it's got 6 heatpipes. the IFX-14 only have 4, although it's bigger, it can't deliver the heat to the heatsinks as efficient.
the XP120 looks very good. this is the first time i've seen it. 6 heatpipes, and airflow towards the motherboard components. only question is whether your case will have enough fans to suck out the hot air afterwards

no comment.... Yer, ill do a review if you all like.. for novatech. I am buying most from novatech anyways so...
Anyways.. PSU. I was after a 1000W PSU apx as then it have more leway... I will be having 4 120mm fans in the case, maybe 6 in the future. 6 hard disks. 2 crossfire fgx cards. two optical drives (maybe a buleray if im bothered, i dont see much use in one) and a few more fans. lol Basicly, i want a very stable PSU that can keep the volts accuret even when undergoing extreem kanege. When I get this system going I will get it going a 24hr stress test via Eurosoft Pc-Check and a further 24hr stress test with Eurosofts QA+Win32 V9 which has not curreclty been lanched, with a volt and system stability app running in the back round. So if anything is out of line, boy o boy this forum will know about it lol. (jok)
