Drivers / BIOS updates for Novatech Laptops.

Over the years we have sold a few different brand laptops, the main ones being Clevo, Gericom, Mitac, Movita and Uniwill. Below are links to their driver download pages.

To find out what laptop you have you will need to have a look on bottom of it. You will see a sticker like this with information on the laptop.

Somewhere on the sticker it will have the manufacturers model number (not the novatech nnb-*** stock code), you will need to know this in order to find out what drivers you need.

  Example of a Clevo model number is M757U, M570R-U, M520N.
  These were sold from the end of 2006 and onwards.

  Gericom

  Example of Gericom model numbers. 755II0, 755IN0. Gericom laptops were mainly sold between 2003 - 2004. On the Gericom site most the laptops we have sold are under the Hummer series of laptops. The site is in german so you may need to translate it using something like google translate.

  Example of Mitac model numbers, 8640, 8375X, 8599. We have sold Mitac laptops from about 2002 to 2004 / 2005.
  
  Movita
  Movita are no longer traiding. if you require drivers for Movita laptops please call tech support on 0870 1120612 or use out live chat service through the website. If you contact tech support you will need your order number or customer number as proof of purchase.
  Example of Movita model numbers, B750, B760, Fuego218, 271. Movita laptops were mainly sold in 2000 - 2002.

  We have only sold one MSI laptop, the Ttian 17" (MS-1049).
  
  Uniwill

  Example of Uniwill model numbers, 258KA0, 259IA3, 259KI8. We have been selling Uniwill laptops from around the start of 2005, we are still using them now. The Uniwill model numbers can be slightly confusing and on the download page you normally have to ignore the last number or letter in the model number, for example it may say on the bottom of the laptop 259KI however this is not on the Uniwill download page, on the download page its 259KI8

If you are unable to identify what laptop you have click here for a list of all the laptops that we have sold, all you need to do is get the NNB- stock code from the bottom of the laptop and find it in the list.

  NNB-400 INTEL CELERON 1.50 256 (533) 2 1 40 COMBO 15 255EI3 UNIWILL N
  
  The NNB- stock code is NNB-400, this is a Uniwill chassis and the Uniwill chassis number is 255EI3. You need to click the link to the Uniwill website above and on the download page find the chassis 255EI3.

There are a few laptops that we have sold that i have not given drivers for. If you laptop is not on the list please contact tech support on 0871 222 12 12 or use out live chat service. If you contact tech support you will need your order number or customer number as proof of purchase.

***BIOS updates are done entirely at your own risk, if anything goes wrong when updating the BIOS Novatech will not be held responsible. If the wrong BIOS update is used or if the BIOS is updated incorrectly this could leave the laptop unusable***
