I have recently gotten my hands on an old A15HE, it’s a pretty good laptop for the price i got it for and in great condition but it has some issues I was not able to troubleshoot on my own. When booting if any key is pressed I get a freeze on the windows loading screen and need to turn it off from the power button/cord. Some keys like f1 and other bios related shortcuts seem to work(no delete, though idk if this laptop even uses delete for bios). I have flashed the bios to version 303 but saw no change on that front.
Additionally, the eGPU is completely dormant. The system will detect it in task manager but it doesn’t show up in the preferred GPU options on windows 10 or 11 and the NVidia control panel does not let me change that either. It never activates on demanding tasks, which I know is how Optimus is supposed to work on this kind of setup.
