Active/Pending authorisation for an order

For the status of my order it says that it is “Active/Pending authorisation” for 2 days now. Is that something to be worried about or is it because it is a weekend?

Hey, This is nothing to worry about. At Novatech we don’t actually charge credit and debit cards till we are ready to dispatch your order. So basically we have your order but its not yet processed for payment and shipping. Once we are back in work, we will go through some security checks, your order will then be approved and once its ready to go we will invoice you for the product and your new items will be on the way to you. If we have any issues during the process then we will get in touch directly to resolve them, so basically nothing to worry about unless you hear from us. Hope that explains it.
