nTab II help needed

I bought this in May 2014. Worked well about once a month until November 2014 it started to fail to fire up. Sent back to technicians. Returned to me with following “Tested and Powered On&Off 6 times with no problems”. Used by me in 2015 very occasionally ie once a month at most.

Today after overnight charging it failed to Power On. Left it for 12 hours. Powered On. After two minutes screen faded and froze. Unable to Power Off.

Called Technical help - “cannot do anything as out of guarantee - suggest you try Forum”.

Please help.
