Old laptop N3150 Camera not showing in device manager

have got a team member who has a old laptop N3150
and the Camera is not showing in device manager / imaging devices

not sure if this a driver issue?

please help

Is hotkey software installed?

Is Camera enabled using hotkey. Camera can be toggled on and off. When toggled off it will not show in device manager. If Camera is toggled on and is still not showing in device manager then possible issue with Camera hardware / cabling

There are 2 options:

  1. Some cabling issue
  2. Driver issue
    or maybe both, research for both and tell us how it’s going
