I have a laptop based on the PB51EF chassis, serial number NXP851EFG009B00249 and it’s started bluescreening in the last couple of days. The minidump refers to an issue with MS game input service and possibly a requirement for a bios update further to MS update KB5032288. Please can you point me to the latest bios for this system?

To be honest its highly unlikely this is BIOS related. Its more likely in the software / drivers realm than having anything to do with BIOS.
If you can let me know what SYS and EC Versions your system currently has i can check what update you need. You should be able to get the two values from the main page of your bios and will be in the format 1.xx.xx So for example 1.07.03. I will need the value for SYS and EC to check.
KB5032288 is an old KB from Dec 2023 and has already been superseded by newer updates so might not be related. Has anything on the system changed in the last few days that could account for the sudden issues, driver changes, other update or new software added.
Is the system up to date windows update wise, are you running latest OS patch level.
Hi, thanks for that. I can confirm that those versions are current release for SYS and EC and no further update is required.
