I have an old desktop PC that I built based on a Biostar TA790GX 128M motherboard & AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 920 2.8GHz processor. I mainly use it for NAS management & particularly my iTunes & media library. I need a new front panel card reader & USB 3.0 adaptor card/front panel.
Do you have any recommendations to work with the above? I am currently looking at the following - will them work?
