I noticed recently that Windows Device Security was displaying the following message: Secure Boot is on, but your device does not support the automated secure boot certificate update due to hardware or firmware limitations. Since then I found a NL50_MU BIOS update (I have an nSpire N1692) from this forum and followed the included instructions which successfully updated. However, Windows Device Security now displays the following message: Secure Boot is on, but your device is using an older boot trust configuration that should be updated. There is not enough data to classify your device for automatic update. How can I get my laptop to update its Secure Boot certificates?
